- Dippers: Sliced cucumbers, Baby carrots, Bell pepper strips, Gluten-free crackers or pita chips
Instructions

- Step 2:
- Slice one black olive into small rounds for the eyes and buttons.
- Step 3:
- Peel and cut a small piece of carrot into a triangle for the snowman's nose. Use thin strips or matchsticks from the carrot to form arms.

- Step 5:
- Arrange the olive pieces, carrot pieces, and bell pepper on top of the hummus to form the snowman's face, buttons, arms, and scarf.
- Step 6:
- Drizzle olive oil lightly over the hummus for shine and flavor. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and sesame seeds if desired.
- Step 7:
- Arrange the dippers (cucumbers, carrots, bell pepper strips, crackers) around the platter.
- Step 8:
- Serve immediately with additional dippers if desired.

Notes
For a vegan version ensure the hummus and dippers are vegan-friendly. Add paprika or sumac for extra color and flavor. Substitute with your favorite hummus variety (roasted red pepper, garlic, etc). For extra fun use capers or black beans as button alternatives.
